What do the three packages cost?

These are the prices on our pricing page. They’re estimates based on the example displays, so your quote can land higher or lower. Here’s the same house designed at all three levels.

Every season

What’s included in the price?

Everything from the first design to the last clip in January. Here’s what that means at your house.

The lights

We supply commercial-grade LED lights plus the clips, cords and timers. You lease them for the season.

The design

A designer builds a mockup of your house, so you see the display before anything is ordered.

The install

On a date you choose. Removable plastic clips, never staples. Cords hidden, connections taped against water and a timer set for you. We’re licensed and insured. More on how we install.

Service all season

If something goes out, call us and a crew responds within 48 hours. A burned-out bulb is replaced at no added charge, and weather or animal damage is handled the same way. See in-season service.

Takedown and storage

Takedown runs from as early as January 1 through the third week of January, with a second visit for every clip and bit of adhesive. Your display is photographed, diagrammed, labeled and stored in a climate-controlled facility until next season. See takedown and storage.

“When the heavy snow dislodged some of the lights along our roof-top, they came out quickly to resolve it for us.”

Your quote

What makes the price go up or down?

Every house is different, so every quote is too. These are the things that move it:

  • The size of the house and how much of the roofline you want lit.
  • Whether the house is one story or two, and how many gables and dormers it has.
  • Trees, wreaths and garland. Each one you add means more lights and more crew time.
  • Special requests for your home.

Branch wrapping is a good example. Wrapping a bare tree branch by branch takes a lot of lights and a lot of crew time, and the price reflects that.

Leasing

Do I have to buy the lights?

No. We supply the lights, clips, cords and timers, and you lease them for the season. After takedown we store everything and put the same display back up next year. Nothing ends up in your garage, and you never climb a ladder.

  2. See your house litOur designer puts the lights on your actual home with our virtual design program.
  3. Approve by emailChange what you want, then approve. Nothing is ordered until you do, and there’s no obligation.
