Job Title: Crew Manager & Field Operations Lead

Job Duties: The incumbent will support and supervise installation crews for permanent and seasonal lighting by supervising and coordinating crews to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of projects; assisting with lighting installations (temporary and permanent), including work at heights up to 40 feet; performing low-voltage wiring and installing permanent lighting systems (training provided); preparing and organizing materials, tools, and vehicles for daily projects; providing customer support by explaining system functionality and the mobile app; handling and resolving field service issues quickly and professionally; and safely driving trucks and trailers to transport crews and equipment.

Minimum Requirements: The minimum requirements for the position include a High School diploma or GED, at least 24 months of experience in crew leadership, field service, or outdoor labor, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with experience operating trucks and trailers. Additional technical and physical skills required include knowledge of low-voltage wiring, the ability to work outdoors in cold weather, experience working on ladders up to 40 feet, being tech-savvy and capable of explaining apps and smart lighting systems, as well as strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Travel: Day travel to job sites within the surrounding region may be required.

Wage: $105997 annually
