4. LINCOLN PARK ZOOLIGHTS, Lincoln Park, November 29, 2019- January 5, 2020

Celebrate the 25 years of ZooLights at Lincoln Park Zoo this year. A festive holiday experience that is in the heart of the city and free! The ZooLights feature hundreds of luminous displays and seasonal activities, all under the glow of 2.5 million holiday lights. Get a photo with Santa, gaze at the incredible 3D displays, and enjoy warm spiced wine and frosty beers!

5. SANTA’S ARRIVAL AND FIREWORKS, Deer Park, November 15, 2019, 6pm

Don’t miss Santa’s arrival in a fire truck following the performance by Those Funny Little People starting at 6PM! Countdown with Santa as he turns on the holiday lights and enjoy the fireworks show with a finale honoring our veterans. Santa will also be available to visit the children for free photos until 8:30PM. Kids who visit with Santa will receive free antler headbands and a free pouch of magical reindeer food, while supplies last.

6. AURORA FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS, Aurora, November 29, 2019, 7 days a week 5pm-9pm

One of the largest free outdoor drive- through holiday light displays in Northern Illinois. Witness the new dancing arcs and the expanded Ice Rink. Enjoy Santa’s Toy Factory, Old Man Winter, elves and reindeer, holiday trains, gigantic snowflakes, beautiful lighted swags on the fence line surrounding the zoo and other holiday sparkling sights!

7. COZLEY ZOO FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS AND TREE SALE, Wheaton, November 29, 2019- December 30, 2019.

The Festival of Lights is a winter wonderland featuring 20,000 twinkling Christmas lights, hot chocolate, and holiday gifts. The holiday lights come on at 3PM. The Tree Sale has an amazing selection of Christmas trees consisting of more than 2,400 trees in four varieties. Wreaths, greens, and garland are also available for purchase.

Zoo admission is free during the Festival of Lights and Tree Sale. Donations are greatly appreciated.
